Chicken sauce - Kanaviilokki

400 g chicken strips (kanasuikaleet)
2 dl water
2 dl cream (ruokakerma)
1 tsp curry
1 tsp soy sauce (soijakastike)
1 tsp chicken fondue
3 tbsp thickener (e.g. Maizena suuruste)

1. Fry the chicken.
2. Add the water, cream, curry, soy sauce and chicken fondue. Heat.
3. Thicken the sauce with thickener.
4. Serve with, for instance, cooked rice.
